"Blessed Be The God"

"Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort; who comforteth us in all our affliction, that we may be able to comfort them that are in any affliction, through the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God."

2 Corinthians 1: 3,4
American Standard Version

When we are in trouble or we are sad, we kind of forget that there is a world around us.
Or the other end of the spectrum when we are in deep sorrow and we do not show it. We hide away our tears and do not mourn our loss. When we suffer a loss then we immediately swicth to another activity, immerse ourselves in our work. We do not dedicate not even a day to properly shed our tears and express our sorrow. And this comes back to haunt us years and years later. Been there, done that.

Now, even if you express your sorrow and let your emotions shine through when you go through some tough times, it's always good to cheer up other people.

Especially in tough times.

Happiness and joy do not come naturally when you are in the depths of sorrow.
Even in those times, a smile, an encouraging word or two to someone you are close to or to a complete stranger -- this will help alleviate your pain, too!
And the following day is going to come quicker. And little by little your world is going to change.
